Solulu is a self-custody wallet with end-to-end encrypted chat. There is no username, password or profile stored on Solulu servers. Two things work like an "account", and you can delete both yourself, inside the app, at any time.

1. Delete your chat account

Settings → Chat → Delete chat account. After you confirm with Face ID / fingerprint, the app:

• deletes the identity's master-key backup from iCloud Keychain, so the identity cannot be restored on another phone;
• removes this device from the Solulu push service, so no further notifications are sent;
• erases all chats, contacts, nicknames and profile data from this phone;
• signs the identity out of every device, unlinks your wallet address, leaves every conversation and deletes the identity's device public keys and message ciphertext on Solulu's chat server (app version 3.09 or later; update first if you are on an older version).

Everything is done in one step inside the app. Your wallet and your funds are not affected.

2. Delete the wallet

Settings → Reset wallet. Removes the wallet keys and all chat data from this phone. Back up your recovery phrase first: without it the funds cannot be recovered by anyone, including Solulu.

What is deleted, what cannot be

• Deleted immediately: everything stored on the phone; the master-key backup in iCloud Keychain; your device's push token on push.solulu.io; device public keys, the wallet-address link, conversation membership and message ciphertext on Solulu's chat server.
• Deleted automatically: photos, videos and files sent in chat are stored encrypted and removed 24 hours after upload.
• Deleted on request: the same server-side data, by email, if you can no longer use the app (lost phone, app uninstalled), see below.
• Cannot be deleted: copies of messages already delivered to the recipients' devices. Blockchain transactions, including red packets, are public and permanent by design.
• Solulu's servers never hold your private keys, readable messages, contacts or notes: only ciphertext, public keys and membership tables.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer use the app (lost phone, app uninstalled, or a version older than 3.09), email soluluusa@icloud.com with the wallet address you used. Server-side data tied to an address or chat identity is limited to push registration, device public keys, the wallet-address link, conversation membership and message ciphertext; we remove it within 30 days and confirm by reply. We never ask for your recovery phrase.

账号与数据删除

Solulu 是自托管钱包，附带端到端加密聊天。Solulu 的服务器上没有用户名、密码，也不保存任何个人资料。App 里有两样东西起着"账号"的作用，你随时可以在 App 内自行删除。

一、删除聊天账号

设置 → 聊天 → 删除聊天账号。通过 Face ID / 指纹确认后，App 会：

• 删除 iCloud 钥匙串里这个身份的终极密钥备份，这个身份无法再在别的手机上恢复；
• 从 Solulu 推送服务中移除本设备，不再发送任何通知；
• 删除本机上的全部聊天记录、联系人、备注名和资料数据；
• 撤销这个身份在所有设备上的登录、解除钱包地址绑定、退出全部会话，并删除 Solulu 聊天服务器上这个身份的设备公钥和消息密文（需 App 3.09 及以上，旧版本请先更新）。

以上在 App 内一步完成。钱包和资产不受影响。

二、删除钱包

设置 → 重置钱包。从本机删除钱包密钥和全部聊天数据。请先备份助记词：没有助记词，任何人（包括 Solulu）都无法找回资产。

哪些会被删除，哪些删不掉

• 立即删除：本机上的全部数据；iCloud 钥匙串里的终极密钥备份；push.solulu.io 上本设备的推送令牌；Solulu 聊天服务器上的设备公钥、钱包地址绑定、会话成员记录和消息密文。
• 自动删除：聊天中发送的图片、视频、文件加密存储，上传 24 小时后自动删除。
• 申请删除：已经无法使用 App（手机丢失、已卸载）时，同样的服务器端数据可通过邮件申请删除，见下方。
• 无法删除：已经送达对方设备的消息副本。区块链交易（包括红包）本身就是公开且永久的。
• Solulu 的服务器从不保存你的私钥、明文消息、联系人或备注：只有密文、公钥和成员表。

通过邮件申请删除

如果你已经无法使用 App（手机丢失、已卸载，或版本低于 3.09），请用任意邮箱发送邮件至 soluluusa@icloud.com，写明你使用过的钱包地址。服务器端与地址或聊天身份相关的数据只有推送注册信息、设备公钥、钱包地址绑定、会话成员记录和消息密文，我们会在 30 天内删除并回信确认。我们永远不会向你索要助记词。
